At IRIS Fashions, we give topmost priority to customer satisfaction. We have an easy 07-day return/ exchange policy, with 100% refund in case of returns*. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item should be unused, not tampered and in the same condition that you received it. The item must include all tags and should be in the original packaging. During our inspection process, if we find the item is damaged, used or not in the original condition, we cannot process the refund.
The exchange/return window begins from the day you receive the package. You will have to show a copy of the original invoice while placing a request for exchange or return of the items. The apparel must be in resalable condition with its tags intact. After we receive your item, we will thoroughly inspect it and send you a notification that we have received your item. Once the inspection process is complete, we will instantly notify you on the status of your refund.
While placing a request for return of the item, please provide a small description as to why you would like to return the item. This will help us serve you better in future. We do not accept return requests for a product that has already been exchanged once.
Exchange requests are accepted only for the following reasons:
- You want a different design
- You want a different colour
- The size is not appropriate for you
We accept exchanges only for items that are in resalable condition and have not been damaged, washed or worn. If an item has been exchanged once it cannot be exchanged again.
Refunds (If Applicable)
After we receive your returned item, we will notify you by sending an email that we have received your item. We will also send you a mail to notify you of the rejection or approval of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund and a credit will be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment, within 1-3 business days. *Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is approved and you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
